> ## Knowledge Base Index > Fetch the complete knowledge base index at: https://help.wescale.ai/sitemap.xml > Use this file to discover available pages before exploring further. > Pure-Markdown content can be obtained by appending a '.md' suffix to the content URLs listed in the sitemap (without the trailing slash). # How to use BuildMyPOD With An Existing Shopify Store If you already run a Shopify store and want to use BuildMyPOD to have access to the theme and settings, you're in the right place! ​ This guide will walk you through how to integrate BuildMyPOD into your existing store without running into any hiccups. ### Disclaimer We recommend BuildMyPOD for store owners whose performance metrics are: * **Conversion rate:** below 2.5% * **ROAS (Return on Ad Spend):** below 2 If you’d like to proceed with BuildMyPOD on an existing store, we will be using a **Safe Setup** integration to ensure that your current store setup remains unchanged while you explore BuildMyPOD’s features. This will happen automatically for Shopify stores that have at least one product published. This option will maintain your existing store **untouched.** All the new products and the theme will be uploaded as **drafts**. If your store had pre-existing color mappings, they'll display alongside BuildMyPOD-generated swatches. Even if you already have a store, you will need to complete the entire BuildMyPOD workflow to get the theme, products, and settings uploaded into your store. ## IMPORTANT!!! You need to download the BuildMyPOD app through the link in the workflow. If you search for the app on Shopify manually and install it without using our link, the connection won't work properly, and your store won't be built. Here's how you can do this! --- ## Signing Up For BuildMyPOD 1. You'll only get a verification email if you manually signed up. If you signed up with Google, you won't get an email. ## Pick Your Niche 3. Here you'll be given 5 niche options to choose from. You can always edit and customize your store later.** If you're not sure about your niche, you can click on the **"I'm not sure"** option. This will randomly pick a niche for you from the **existing options listed.** ## Choose Shopify Homepage Banners 4. After picking your niche, the system will create six homepage banner options for you. To ensure payments go through, you’ll need to have a valid payment method and up‑to‑date billing information in your Shopify account. If you encounter any error messages or if a payment fails to process, please reach out directly to **Shopify Support**, as they’ll be able to assist you with resolving the issue. 11.
