# I am an Accelerator member but still see Free

Make sure you signed up with the same email you use for the Accelerator / Skool community. If the email matches but you're still on Free, it can take a few minutes after your next login for your tier to update.

If the issue persists after that, reach out to our support team, and we'll get it sorted for you!
