# I signed up for WeScale with a different email than the one I use on Skool. What should I do?

If you created your WeScale account with a different email than your Skool account, do not change your Skool email to match your WeScale one, as this can cause a sync issue and your Premium access may not transfer correctly.

Instead, create a new WeScale account using your Skool email. This ensures the sync works properly and your account is automatically upgraded to Premium.
