# Products were created in Printify but not in Shopify

**If you used Import Designs:** Make sure you checked "Publish products to Shopify after import" in Step 5. Also, verify that your Printify shop has a Shopify sales channel connected (check in Printify under My Shops).

​**If you used the Designs tool:** This shouldn't happen — Designs is built to always push to Shopify as part of its pipeline. If you see a product in Printify but it never appeared in Shopify, this is a bug, not a configuration issue. Please report it with the design name/link and we'll investigate.
