# The "Printify Cooldown" banner appeared

The Printify Cooldown banner means Printify's API rate limit has been triggered, causing all background jobs to pause automatically.

**What happens during cooldown:**

* A countdown timer shows when you can resume
* The banner disappears automatically when the cooldown expires

**After the cooldown ends:**

* You will be able to perform actions again automatically
* However, **any import that was in progress will NOT resume automatically**. You will need to restart it from the beginning
