# Why do my products show a large inventory number (or "not tracked") after importing through the WeScale app?

This is intentional and not a bug — but the exact behavior depends on which tool you used.

**If you used Import Designs:** Your products will show a large inventory number on each size/color variant. Printify previously set inventory as "not tracked" by default, but this caused sync issues — if a variant went out of stock on Printify and came back, that change wouldn't sync to Shopify, making variants appear unavailable even when they were in stock. To prevent this, Printify (and WeScale, matching it) switched to assigning a large inventory number instead, guaranteeing your variants stay purchasable.

**If you used the Designs tool:** Your products will show inventory as **not tracked**. This is intentional and means the product can sell indefinitely. The only thing to actually watch for is whether the product is live and customers _can't_ add it to their cart — that would indicate a real issue, not the untracked inventory itself.

Either way, this doesn't affect your ability to sell — it's just two different mechanisms achieving the same goal (making sure your products stay available for purchase).
