Deleting products

You can delete a product from WeScale — this also removes it from Shopify, and from Printify if it's linked. There is no trash and no undo.

Where to find Delete

Delete is never a plain visible button — you'll find it in one of two places:

Selecting products, then ⋯ More actions → Delete (N)

Opening a single product, then ⋯ → Delete product

Confirming a deletion

Before anything is deleted, you'll see a confirmation that shows:

• Where the selected product(s) will be removed from
• How many are linked to Printify and how many aren't (even if that number is zero)
• A note that the associated design artwork may also be removed from your Designs library
• A field requiring you to type DELETE in uppercase before the delete button is enabled

For a bulk selection, the confirmation also lists every selected product by name — including ones selected on other pages — with links to open them in Shopify where available.

With a mixed selection (some Printify-linked, some not): every selected product is removed from WeScale and Shopify, but only the Printify-linked ones are also removed from Printify.

If you change your selection, or a product's link changes while the confirmation is open, it will close automatically and ask you to review again.
