How does the Designs tool size and place my design on different garments and mockups?

The Designs tool is built to automate this for you, so you won't need to size or place anything manually. Regardless of your design's shape (square, portrait, or landscape), it automatically scales your artwork to the largest size that still looks right and places it on the mockup — following the same sizing standards used for WeScale's own brands.

You can also choose the largest print size you want for your designs in Settings, or while you're onboarding. If you don't set one, your designs use the product's full print width.

Can I adjust the automatic placement?
Yes — use Edit placement in the Products tab to manually adjust width, height, rotation, scale, and position, and preview the result on every color. This applies to all colors at once; for per-color placement control, use Mockup Generation instead.

If a specific design doesn't come out looking right with the Designs tool, report it, and our team will investigate.
