Creating Your Wescale App Account

Creating Your WeScale App Account

  1. Go to https://app.wescale.ai/ and click "Get Started".

  1. Enter your email address (the same email you use for the WeScale community) and check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  1. Click "Send login code", then check your email for a 6-digit code.

  1. Enter the code on the verification screen.

That's it! Every time you sign in, you'll receive a new code by email; there are no passwords to remember.

Setting up your brand

Before you can start uploading designs, you'll walk through a short setup process to configure your brand. This only takes a few minutes, and your progress saves automatically — you can sign out, switch devices, or come back later without losing anything.

Already had a WeScale account? Much of your information will already be filled in from your existing setup. Just review each step, confirm the details are correct, and fill in anything missing.

You'll go through these steps in order:

  1. Brand — Enter a name for your brand, or confirm your existing name.

Stores — Connect (or confirm) your Printify and Shopify accounts. Both need to be connected with the right permissions before you can continue.

If you already had your Shopify store connected in the previous version, you'll need to update the Wescale App's permissions.

This will take you to Shopify, where you can update the app.

  1. Garment — Choose the garment type you'll sell and select at least one size.
  2. Colors — Choose which garment colors to sell (up to 8).
  3. Mockups — Confirm you have a front photo for each color you selected.
  4. Pricing — Set a selling price for each size.
  5. Words — Add a product description, and optionally a title prefix or suffix.
  6. Publish — Review your shipping and sales channel settings, then finish setup.

Once everything's confirmed, you'll land on your Designs page, ready to start uploading artwork.

You can revisit any of these steps later on the Settings page:
