What is the WeScale App?

The WeScale App is a tool that helps you turn design files into live Shopify products fast. It connects Google Drive, Printify, and Shopify into one automated pipeline so you can:

  • Upload designs automatically: Upload up to 100 PNG designs at once, and let WeScale handle everything — removing the background, resizing your artwork, generating mockups on your product photos, checking which garment colors your design works on, and creating the product in Shopify as a draft, ready for you to review and publish.

  • Or take manual control with Import Designs and Mockup Generation: If you need more control — like using different designs for light and dark colors, or fine-tuning exact placement — you can still import designs in bulk (up to 50 at once) and generate mockups the traditional way.

  • Publish everything to Shopify: Push products and mockup images directly to your Shopify store with correct color variant assignments, shipping profiles, and color swatches.

The Problem It Solves

Without WeScale, a store owner with 50 designs and 6 color variants per product would need to manually download, upload, configure, and publish each one individually. That's over 1,000 clicks and hours of repetitive work. With WeScale, the same process takes under 10 minutes.

Account Tiers

WeScale has three account tiers. Premium access unlocks the same features whether it comes from the Accelerator community or from a paid Shopify subscription.

Free
Anyone can create a free account by signing up with any email and verifying their login code. Free users have access to the Dashboard with preset date ranges (Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, and 30 Days). The custom date range filter is disabled, and Designs, Import Designs, and Mockup Generation are locked.

Premium
WeScale Accelerator members with an active Skool subscription are automatically upgraded to Premium. Premium users have full access to all platform features, including Designs, Import Designs, Mockup Generation, full Dashboard date range filtering, and publishing workflows.

Paid via Shopify
Users who aren't part of the Accelerator can subscribe to the paid plan directly through Shopify Billing. This unlocks the same features as Premium — the only difference is the billing source, not the level of access.

Free users can still connect their stores and navigate the app, but paid workflows show a locked feature screen until they upgrade or become Premium through the Accelerator.
